Last Chance to Vote for Claudia’s Film in the Charity Film Awards
Voting has been extended for the Charity Film Awards until midnight on Sunday 23rd January and we need your help! AMEND entered one of our lockdown films for young adults called, ‘Surgery: Claudia’. In it, Claudia, who has MEN1, describes very honestly her feelings at having to face pancreatic surgery despite feeling well.The film is part of our Project Rollercoaster resources to help inform and support young people with MEN syndromes at an age when 1 in 4 young people become lost to vital health screening programmes. These are available free to explore on our website.Competition for Awards is fierce and we’re up against some excellent films. So please take a few short seconds to view and vote for Claudia’s film and help us raise awareness of the issues facing young adults with health issues like MEN syndromes. Then get sharing to friends and family and ask them to do the same.
