• 10 Minute Mindfulness Sessions

    Many of you will have met Mindfulness Practitioner, Peter Berry, at our Annual Patient Information Days, when he often runs a relaxation or Mindfulness session at the end of the day.  We are very grateful to Peter for producing this set of 10-minute Mindfulness sessions.  Mindfulness may help you to manage mood and deal with stress.

    Developed in 2020 to help those struggling with lock-down during the COVID-19 crisis, they are relevant for anyone at any time, including carers and health professionals who may need help coping with work.  We suggest setting aside a few minutes each day to practise these exercises, and see if building them into your week helps you cope a little better with the difficult times in which we are living. Let us know!
