10 Minute Mindfulness Sessions
Many of you will have met Mindfulness Practitioner, Peter Berry, at our Annual Patient Information Days, when he often runs a relaxation or Mindfulness session at the end of the day. We are delighted and very grateful that Peter will be producing a 10-minute Mindfulness session every Monday at 10am for the next 6 weeks. Mindfulness may help you to manage mood and deal with stress.
We hope that they will help with those who may be struggling with lock-down during the COVID-19 crisis, as well as for health professionals, carers and other key workers who may need help coping with work. We suggest setting aside a few minutes each day to practise these exercises, and see if building them into your week helps you cope a little better with the difficult times in which we are living. Let us know!
