When you’ve been carefully shielding or stringently social distancing, we know that it can feel tough to ‘let go’ and take those first steps outside.
Over the coming months you may be asked to attend hospital for tests or scans, or to return to work. All this can seem scary.
So we delighted that our Lead Counsellor, Kym Winter, will be talking to you about all this and more over the coming weeks. She will be including suggested coping mechanisms, including breathing techniques to help with any anxieties you may feel when Leaving Lock-down.
There will be a new self-help video posted here and on social media every Saturday morning for the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for these.
