We pedal out of London heading for the North Downs and the picturesque Sussex countryside to Newhaven. We cross the Channel and continue through the night, passing through the small villages and medieval market towns of Northern France. This is a tough challenge, requiring good fitness, stamina and experience – and a healthy dose of self-belief! We arrive in Paris after more than 240 miles in the saddle – seeing the legendary sight of the Eiffel Tower on the skyline will evoke a real sense of achievement.
