New Relaxation Series
10@10 Mindful Mondays is a series of 6 relaxation sessions to be streamed by AMEND every Monday at 10am. Each session is run by Mindfulness Practitioner, Peter Berry, for 10 minutes and will be helpful for anyone feeling overwhelmed during Lock-down or for health professionals, carers or key workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
