Notice of 2018 AGM

AMEND’s 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 12th May at the NCVO, 8 All Saints St, London N1 9RL from 12:15pm. All registered members may attend and will have voting rights. The agenda is as follows: 1) approval of the minutes of the last AGM; 2) approval of the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts; 3) Appointment of Trustees to the Trustee Board; 4) Any Other Business. If you require a postal voting form and meeting papers, please contact Helen in the office. If you would like to attend in person, please register for our 2018 Annual Patient Information Day during which our AGM is held. Please send any items for discussion within Any Other Business to Helen in the office by Friday 4th May.
