The MEN Passports are FREE to anyone in the UK and Eire who registers as a member. A charge of £15 applies to orders for MEN Passports and Membership Packs sent outside the UK/Eire (excluding USA – please order separately priced product)

MEN disorders are complicated. Appointments, tests and treatment can be difficult to keep track of so it’s important to get organised. AMEND launched its MEN Passports in 2009 as a FREE aid for current or newly-diagnosed patients with MEN1 or MEN2 to keep control of their lives whilst dealing with all the issues surrounding MEN.
