MEN PASSPORTS LAUNCHED AT AGM DAY

We are delighted to announce that the long-awaited MEN Passports were launched at AMEND's AGM & Information day on Saturday 9th May 2009 in Exeter, Devon, UK.  The Filofax-type personal file, which comes complete with a jolly yellow AMEND pen, allows easy recording of information such as tests and their results, medication, treatment, scans, hospital appointments and discussions.  The reception from both patients and health professionals has been very positive and we are sure that the MEN Passports will make keeping track of these complication multiple endocrine neoplasia disorders much easier.  The production of the Passports was made possible with the generous help of the Dunn Houghton Charitable Trust.  MEN Passports are available to all registered AMEND members and are currently being distributed.  If you would like one and you are not a member of AMEND, do consider joining (it's free!)
